I help leaders and organizations manage and communicate effectively in good times and bad. I work with CEOs and their teams to provide high touch advice, along with practical solutions that strengthen an organization's ability to work together effectively.

          High-functioning teams are made of people who feel valued at every level. Teams are developed through a clear management structure, honest and consistent communication, and shared goals.

 

          Collaborating with a team, I first work to understand the goals. I listen, ask questions, assess the structure and team dynamic. I offer recommendations and often help implement them.

 

          In addition, I work one-on-one with developing leaders, with a special focus on women. Organizational leaders must communicate effectively, set goals and expectations for their teams, manage relationships with senior colleagues, be accountable while holding others accountable.
